Parking:There is 4 spots for parking on the driveway. Also, there is plenty of free street parking all around the home. This will never be an issue.

Lawn care: Our lawn cutter, Angel, usually comes by once a month- 2nd/3rd week at 9 AM the earliest (weather pending) to cut the lawn for us.
